I have never read a horror story before this one, and honestly it was terrifying reading this at night. But it stuck to me🤭, I really liked it and I couldn't stop reading! No matter if I was too scared to go to the bathroom or look in the mirror at night, haha. But the funny moments also shouldn't be underestimated. The chemistry of Chen Ge working with his employees to frighten his customers, always brought a smile to my face, if not a laugh. And how their relationships progressed, truly caring for each other and risking their lives one for another, makes this a true masterpiece!🎉 I will forever recommend this novel to anyone! Read it, you won't regret it! Truly the best in its genre, such a wonderful blend of horror and thriller, with comedy and heartfelt moments mixed in between. I stayed away from this genre before, but this novel really opened me up towards a new world . 5/5
