Yes, that's why before the upgrade every essence except reality was unlimited, but now he can even get some of it through mana/essence created with mana

Yeah but, if I remember correctly, every other essence except reality are made using mana, so he has infinite essence of every dao/edict

I'm sorry, but for entities whose power are equivalent to millions/billions of universes or even a FU***** cosmos talking about millisecond like it's a big deal is shameful... I mean, At such height of power, talking about 10^-3s like you're the fastest man alive when you literally use daos and laws encompassing time or speed like Chronos and Alacrity, I would die of shame !

With him being capable of being at speeds in a matter of milliseconds- mere one thousandths of a second, this time would be more than enough for him.

He had yet to view what unique changes these new types of skill points would bring, and he would look at the now first hand as in the next moment, he gave the command add the Resplendent Skill Points to the [Universal Lich Lord] skill tree, [Cosmic Dao Integration and Combinations], [Wielder of Chronos], [Blood Lord], and even [Versatile Farmer] while at it!

But he had many assurances on being able to deal a stellar amount of damage as he could only imagine what an Unstable Necrotic Ring of Death filled with the Nomological Edict of Cessation would do. This wasn't even all as along with all this, he also now had the Resplendent Skill Points that could enhance all skills and skill trees from the cap of 5/5 to now make it 20/20!

So, while the primordial eye is said to: "normally not be possible for Common Existences. The Dao Line has settled into the left eye of the holder as they have gained something ancient that normally only the Primordials hold", here the eye of ruination is just not supposed to exist, with no mention of the Primordials at all 🤔

Doesn't change the fact that not letting him use his infinite mana for it is just trying to nerf him, nerf completely useless anyway...

If he ever defeated a Grand Primordial Beast himself...would the Loot he received be a Cosmic Primordial Heart?! And when he included the 1,000% Increased Loot Quantity, would it become 10 Cosmic Primordial Hearts?!
