Most cars would be fine in the event of an emp. Most would at worst stall and require a restart. Such a groaner. Instead, why not claim it's a result of supernatural energies instead. SMH.

The group and everyone on the balconies walking up and seeing the scenes outside. There are multiple car crashes can be seen. There is one car that got flip over by the bus and crash into the bustop.. there are some passerby got hit and thrown away.... it was chaos outside... Not long after the mall light goes out. before anyone trying to say anything about it. A horrible thing happen..

Yeah it's ridiculous. Taking back the company house makes sense, and assuming they really can erase only the memories of the cultivation technique without harming them, that seems fair too, but in what world do they take back money that's already been paid? Author is a bit of an idiot.

Yu Xiaochen was really fired, and the townhouse, as well as half a year's salary, were all taken back. Even the Gene Arcana secret technique, the Bahamut Absorption Technique was erased from his memory. It was terrifying, just too terrifying!

To me at least, death/terminal seclusion very specifically refers to cultivators who are dying and their only survival path is a breakthrough. I find this use of the term to be poor.

Gadget is such a generic word. You shouldn't rename things just to rename them. just call it a smartphone!
