ReinStriver: Control is kinda the point. Natsu is pretty much one of the few characters I can realistically BUFF the ever living crap out of and it would make sense if it did it through E.N.D
As for the Igneel thing, I haven't decided yet why but it's either cause he let it happen for a bit so that the spy could be expelled and then took back the control for it or because the E.N.D seed is different than original.
Remember Zeref is different himself right? Logically he could make a difference in E.N.D but I'll see what I do...
