Eh, the headband's a bit too much

She saw Itachi standing in a daze, holding a blade of black and white, while wearing a black robe with red clouds on it. The robes looked as if they were made of black flames while the red clouds felt as if they were actually moving around the robe yet at the same time they weren't. On his forehead was a headband with the struck-through symbol of the Hidden Leaf depicting his identity as a rogue ninja.

Yeah, it would be overkill, but he's overkill for the Blues as he is... also, he could've started with training the crew Haki before Paradise to get a headstart, atm it feels like he was nerfed to oblivion and the only time he's close in power to before timeskip is when Nika comes out, and then he's overkill for the New World, nevermind the Blues.

Luffy knew she was right. He could have knocked out the Mayor, but that would mean breaking his promise, so he didn't do. He ignored the rest of Nami's speech and walked forward.
