I'm pretty sure her digestor half only took most not all. It has said in the past that it is really hard to extract all the alloy from someone especially because she also had a lot I thought. It said she didn't have enough for the oracle AI or other functions to work. As for the memories I think that has something to do with them being soulmates. She started to remember when he started questioning her not when she got her AI back
