When the food has been settled down on the table, she remembered that she has a game to finish. She accidentally pressed her injured foot on the floor as she attempted to rush towards her room. With that action she realized there was a glass splinter on her foot-- when she confidently thought that she only got a skin cut on her foot from those pieces. She could have doubled check it before rushing, but she was not thinking about it at all. So much for trying to ignore it.
