won't lie I mean I get it's following the stereo typical chinese story line in hide ur identity or make multiple so that know one knows who you are, but the fact that literally none of his family know, just his personal bodyguard/fuk buddy and some random bimbo he decided to sleep with. idk what the author is thinking 🤔 lol, as you said he will have to tell them anyways it's actually kinda stupid and disappointing to see someone use the same dumb tropes and gimics? like look at the other successful novels that are in the genre on this site, be unique plz and maybe some logic before plot holes and loops start appearing. food for thought author
