I know this is a nerf for the mc but to compensate till he recovers his full powers can't he make a shadow pokeball, with the part of his shadow in the pokeball and like 20 shadow of the same monster ( 20 spiders or 20 hellhounds...) revolving around the piece of the mc shadow ? And each time he use a shadow pokeball, all of the shadows in the ball get out, so he must be careful and capture them again after the battle or lose some of them... With this he has absolute control of the shadows stored in his shadow and do not lose them but can still use swarm tactics with his pokeball full of weak/useless shadows ?
