SPOILER ALERT!!! It means it's his 6th reincarnation, and that he had 5 previous lives. And this does not count his previous life in a parallel Blue Star. This means that he has lived through 5 lives as a different him with a different name, appearance, planet of birth etc. As for why he transmigrated, it's because "Blue Star" seems to be a special planet of the time-system that can independently create parallel worlds so there are more cases of "two-souls in one body" here than in other planets.
