Did Edward come up with this? It sounds a bit strange. How can he simultaneously teach them the spirit of Martial Arts, and to grovel like this. Also, he doesn't really have a reason to think that any otherworlders would come aside from Jared and co, so there's no need to grovel like that to please the transcendents. Unless this world contains other transcendents that like to see mortals grovel? Or maybe this god king isn't Edward at all.
