I want to spit out what's in my mouth right now. But I want devil fruit powers more. So steeling my resolve I took several big bites before swallowing the chunks of fruit in my mouth.

Nah he just meant that he would be a coward if he didn't eat the devil fruit for risk of getting a bad power, the others probably had their own reasons for not eating one rather than just being scared to

Since if I am afraid to take risk then conquering the seas and becoming the next pirate king will be impossible.

Hopefully this gets chosen, I enjoyed it a lot as a trial read and hope to continue reading when more chapters have been released. it's a decent weak to strong story with a likeable MC, I appreciate that the MC is actually pretty smart and thinks ahead instead of rushing into things.

After 1 week, Ninjutsu, Shurikenjutsu classes will be included and friendly matches will be added in Taijutsu. There will also be special classes for women, where they will learn flower arrangements, infiltration techniques, etc. The basics to be Kunoichi.

This is actually a good idea. If they said who was protecting it and it was a kinda weak group people might take a chance and attack but if they keep it a mystery people will be more likely to not bother taking the risk in case it's a powerful group.

This was unusual for a shelter, because usually they would publicly declare who they were protected by to avoid any confrontation with other groups, but not this one.

While this skill is activated, it's hard for other people to spot him, and it worked best within the darkness or among the shadows. In the desert however it made him stick out like a sore thumb.

You can get one for checking in daily and sometimes you'll get an extra one for watching an ad You can get one each day by voting on a book using power stones You can get another each day by voting with energy stones too Sometimes you can use points to buy one from the store too but they're not always available

These skills correctly fit with the direction I was going towards. Multiple skills that can remain active for me at all times along with my first offensive rank C skill. [Explosive Rune] was a BOSS killer that mages wanted in their arsenal because of its significant damage. The only problem is that it drained the entirety of a rank C's energy, and they had to come in contact with the boss to initiate it.

That's when Nate noticed that the ID Blood evolver was online. Nate was still interested in this person and decided to check him out. As long as they were in your friends list you were able to spectate their matches.

The sun was starting to set outside so it was just the right time for Vorden and Quinn to head back to the academy and when they did, they immediately when over to the VR room. Just like the capsule in the shop, it was a room filled with rows and rows containing capsules and off to the side was a small shop and counter where students were able to buy snacks and refreshments.
