But unlike the civilians in Konoha where they only know how to complain, here civilians are allowed to create clans if they have suitable qualifications. For example there are a group of civilians who are very good at making a unique licker then they could apply to register themselves as a clan that specialises in making Likers. After they were officially registered they could use that clan name to promote their goods and make huge businesses with other clans. If they are lucky they may be able to sell their goods outside.

In Konoha (Konohagakure or The Village hidden in the leaves) it was like your everyday morning. Ninjas were jumping from one rooftops to another. The civilians were doing their usual activities of doing business , Gossiping about some ninja , or criticising the nearby Uchiha police.

He was surrounded, but that wasn't the problem. I heard moans, they were full of pain, and I saw how tears fell from his eyes. His arms were smashed, I guess from hitting the concrete floor; It was a disaster. The closer I got, the more I could see how his fingers were bent in impossible ways, how the skin covering his knuckles had shredded away and the bone could practically be seen. I saw how the muscles of his arms had been torn by unloading a force that exceeded their limits. The bones in his arms had been broken in several places, his radius, ulna and humerus were in so many pieces that instead of arms they looked like the tentacles of a squid. His forehead was injured and blood ran all over his face. His breathing was rough, his heartbeat erratic.

The book was quite old, from more than 300 years ago, which is not surprising, even in this day and age you still read things like "the art of war", which is already thousands of years old. What is surprising is that a comic, or manga, is read even in these times, even if only for a niche, which speaks volumes about how famous it was.

Observing the perplexed expression of the deputy dean, Jiryoku remained silent and turned around. He took a deep breath and with determined conviction, he used both of his hands to gouge out his own eyes. Shocked, not only the deputy dean, but also everyone who witnessed this act watched in horror as Jiryoku turned back toward them, holding his eyeballs in his hands. The deputy dean was initially puzzled by Jiryoku's actions, but she never would have imagined that a child no more than 4 years old could gouge out their own eyes without any signs of pain or distress on their face.
