man introduce the technique name then explain them like the old man gave him two technique then you ended it with no nane mentioned then you explained lighting body technique that's ok but the second one is a spell you said a technique while the meaning you delivered is techniques for cultivting your power and spells for using that power be precise in such things cause it gives headache when trying to understand the info you give and sometimes no usually things are misunderstood

if you have a group of pencils and a pen and you pick one pencil then some told to pick another one means you pick a different pencil but if told to pick the other this means the pen this is the difference between another and other cause you repeated it alot in this chapter
