I ran to where he sat with his swollen face and teary eyes "sorry," I said, sobbing. He folded his arms and looked away, not saying a word. I felt sorry for him and hugged him but he pushed me away which resulted in scratching my elbow on the floor. "go away, I hate you" he said but I still held him even though I was in pain "sorry" I cried and he kept on hitting my head to let go. His mom came running to separate our fight.

I hid behind a huge tree and cried as they kicked and punched him. He only came to save me from those other bullies but got beaten instead. It was after a short period, that the bullies let him go.
