it's obviously still a misleading title to a novel. 32 chapters in and when you say my girlfriend is an ice dragon you expect some romance between the two. but no it's essentially a dude with a bit of a tragic past joining an academy with his sister to protect her. He's got hidden powers and is trying to hide them from society. To be fair the female lead is indeed an ice dragon. and is introduced a bit. They fought and now he's letting her recover. she's helping him figure out all the crap going on with other worlds and monsters and portals.

I'll be honest this chapter is pretty useless. this character basically never existed in this story. a chapter's worth of one character. existed and scrapped all in one go. You don't really need to show mc prove himself like this. and you even made it clear that this village was very "tight knit" or whatever. uncharacteristic for this type of character to exist anyway. I at least respect how mc proves himself somewhat, and I like the development of the wolf going in for the kill when his master almost dies.

Yeah the writing and story telling here is so good. Thank you for all your hard work Author! I am a little bummed that the story is leading on towards his aspect less being "shadow god" and more being "weaver" after that incident with the ichor, but I am really enjoying the story and this ark particularly because you introduced a character a while back and now we know he really is important and isn't just some waste of text haha. I am loving this novel so far keep it up~

Isn't it obvious when someone says it's annoying to see so many perspectives in one chapter it means that one possible solution is to reduce how many perspectives you are utilizing..? I think that's a pretty obvious solution. besides I said this was also a bit of a rant for me to get my point across. a change in perspective is perfectly fine in most cases. I just think multiple perspectives in short periods of time is too much. it also risks giving the same info from multiple perspectives to the reader. which is redundant.

this type of development is actually one of my favorite "troupes" or archetypes. Basically the tragic hero that loses almost everything to be more powerful. Well written this is one of the reasons why I choose to support you <3

Thanks for the chapters! what a interesting way to end the Forbidden Shore arc. I have to say that I like the way you ended it. His true name showing up at the end here was slightly predictable, but all the more interesting since this is the first time we see it used.

Yeah it's pretty frustrating for us that read the released chapters daily cuz we keep seeing cliffhangers lol. I'd argue that there's no need to drag the fight over a few chapters. I'm certainly invested already, but come on give me some decisive chapters for once. I personally don't mind if fights last only a chapter or two. I guess the author does keep us guessing with these types of chapters. Thanks for the chapter

Hmm if that's the case then there should a word for incredibly slow progress for plot development. tbh we probably didn't need any chapters about the castle. that arc was pretty much all filler in regards to progress towards the "goal" which is to leave and awaken
