Given the multiverse theme of this fanfiction, magic or other supernatural power that isnt physical becomes essential (there could be a skill that restrict physical thing and only magic allowed, and vice versa, this is why more source of power cant be bad, well perhaps other than overburden his body, but he is the mc, the probability of that happening is small) for traversing various worlds, aiding survival. Furthermore, have you read Akikan's dimensional chat group fanfiction? (While I'm unsure of Akikan's plans, there's a possibility of zombies undergoing mutations for upscaling purposes so it wasn't too easy for the mc. Also the story is kinda interesting but not enough attention is given to this book, i think i know why exactly, after reading this chapter, and no it wasn't because the repeated chapter but because of the Chinese bs is strong as fk here, no nationalism and thing like that, but still strong even without that shii. I guess people can't stomach them and simply drop the book, I'm not saying that chinese fiction is bad, i read RI and LOTM and it's good (i think, only these two are the good ones lol).
