He could even place this devices in other kingdoms if it is fine with them to ensure faster trade and travels. But anyone who wants to use the teleportation device must pay and the teleportation device must also have a scanning system that would help stop anyone with ill intentions or criminals from crossing over to the other side. He can also make mini teleportation devices for his security/patrol teams which would help them teleport to any part of his territory incase of any trouble like criminal activities, fire etc. There's more I want to say about the teleportation device but I hope would figure it out.
