I think all Paramecia Type Devil Fruits have conceptual power. Like Jozu's Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit that allows him to turn into a Diamond-human because Diamonds can twinkle/sparkle. Rosinante's Calm-Calm Fruit that allows him to completely calm down his surroundings to create a Silent-Field. So, the Slip-Slip Fruit may allow the user to slip through the space they are in contact with to create an extremely fast movement type skill. Might Guy didn't have any Chakra related problems. He just focused on Taijutsu, because his father, Dai (who had a very small amount of Chakra) was able to beat up Seven Swordsmen of Mist, even killing four of them. And he was able to do so with just his Taijutsu and Eight Inner Gates technique.
