I don’t care about the age problem as it can just be that more years in academy and they were taught theory in first year without any physical thing but if his mother is alive, it stands to no reason that he should fail. Parents will always help their children to stay ahead and you can’t say that he has too much chakra due to Kyuubi that his skill is falling behind because kushina too was a host to it and had great chakra, so she would help him to get better control. From what I see, other than reducing the hate the village have for him, there’s no effect of kushina presence on naruto if he is still below average

I have read a fiction where the team waited for thanks to get the stone. As seen in the movies, after gomora is killed, thanos does not get up immediately with the stone but is unconscious in the water. The team waited for that moment and took the stone from thanos’ hand before he woke up.

I think his society existed here too but the him in Naruto world had already reached the end of his life and was desperate to find a disciple but couldn’t. As he was reaching the end, he created these caves and died. Then whole kaguya plot happened. Our mc comes from a parallel timeline and would have reached the same end as this one if he did not end up in Naruto world
