i like the idea of not having Climb around as it'll help with the 2nd thing which you could marry Ainz to the Princess thus claiming it(the Re-Estize Kingdom) for himself to reform it for the better instead of like you stated making his own, as I'm assuming anyway he will have to deal with the crown prince whom is lusting after his Albedo which he can't have, and the 2nd prince zannac is easily manipulated to at least keep his head which you could leave as a later enemy they should have delt with but didn't so now he plots and schemes behind the scenes to overthrow his sister and the upstart king, I also like the idea of it only being Ainz, Albedo, and Shalltear without the tomb as it's a different take on overlord, plus he should have adequate supplies and things within his inventory without needing the tomb for it
