Not quite. Immortality in this book works differently. It has to do with the soul marrow, but i wont spoil it.

The duke's son's case was one that would be lenient to call an outlier. It was…abnormal. The boy's Soul Marrow could regenerate itself seemingly without end. Valerio had seen people with sturdier soul marrows, able to withstand aetheric backlash from the overuse of their magic more easily, but not a marrow that could repair itself. That was extraordinary.

Reason I changed to Thousands was cause small numbers were unrealistic considering the narure of MP. MP measures particle numbers. Plus, working with large numbers gives me more lee way for plot points.

I also changed Adrien's MP value in chapter 25 from 39 to 36,386.
