A few centuries ago, a spatial rift suddenly appeared on this continent called Pangaea. The spatial rift had created a lot of disasters and had cut down a huge proportion of humanities. But when humans thought it couldn't be worse, the second Spatial rift came.

They fit the bill perfectly: like what was mentioned, they are members of a secret evil-fighting organization(?) based in Tokyo. They have a fortune god for a commanding officer, and they are currently in a mission to subjugate another secret but not necessarily evil-fighting organization threatening their operations. That─or some other kind of deal. I like the classic and simple premise.
