Replied to Goncalo0110 With the holy sword that grants him a boost against demons and other stronger people their to help him when he fights he can pretty much just farm stronger monsters whenever he wants and all the EXP will go to him when he makes the last kill. I didn't put that in the story because I felt like it would just be useless info dump but that's pretty much how Renji does it.
