SO true I completely forgot about that. And I feel like the author also forgets about parts of the plot/character details. though the only plot hole I can remember is the tournament was supposed to be run by different people. so I don’t know how common these plot holes are

[Do what exactly? They're not shouting, and Nixilei is more exasperated then anything. Plus, it's pretty obvious what everyone is going to do anyway. Green will be assigned the obstacle course because she did one back in the first tournament round and has wind affinity to help get across and stay on the platforms. Plus she might be better at open combat.]

Sure having it is one thing… but being known for lying to the queen? That can't be a good look."

Something that sort of bothering me is that Lilith is always in the morally correct position it seems even though in her past life she was not a good person and even in her own thoughts she doesn’t seem like a good person but i can’t remember anything Morally deplorable she’s done. The worst she does is emotionally manipulate people and blackmail she hasn’t assassinated anybody she hasn’t murdered somebody who wasn’t already trying to kill her. especially because she’s trying to create a monster country you don’t create countries and seize power without stepping on and killing at least some good people granted her country is not really a country at this point unless she not trying to make country and instead she’s trying to mix human and monster society together and seize power in the already existing country but still my point still applies. When she gains more political and magical power and she still only manipulates and kills bad people I will find that unrealistic Anyways I’m really enjoying the series so far

Something that’s been bothering me for a while wasn’t thyme only supposed to moderate one of these competitions? And in the rest of the tournament was supposed to be moderated by different people? Like I swear I remember reading thyme say that they couldn’t go as hard in the other tournaments because the other moderators aren’t as powerful as thyme or something along those lines Another thing that sort of bothered me is what happened to minor? They are still connected via the demon net work and should still be able to communicate to each other but we just haven’t heard anything from her? Also sorry for putting so many comments on this chapter

Sort of an iteration on the previous idea that was present in my other comment and that is to be summoned to a place where time works differently so that every time she is summoned a large amount of time passes between 10 and 100 years and she would be summoned by the same family over and over and over again so she would be summoned by there children and their children children. Also I wish I can edit my comments

It would be nice if they’re a bit higher stakes in the series not necessarily for the main character more so the contractors that summon her and I mean there have been a couple times in the past that there were some consequence for failure but when ket did fail that contract it didn’t really matter so maybe in one of these contract she fails and it cost the life of the contractor and then she gets re-summoned by a family member of the previous contractor to attempt whatever she was trying to do again. or just some sort of irreparable damage. this is more of a personal want from me so I can understand if you want to keep the cozy tone and relatively low stakes

Agreed that was introduce like what 500 chapters ago? Plus she barely fights anyways so it’s not like she use it often in the slightest so was it just forgotten? I figured the contracts would’ve revolves around her abilities more but honestly most of these contracts can be completed if she had no abilities. True sight for example is rarely used and I would summon a demon for that alone like if I were going to a place with a lot of illusions or if I’m expecting to be assassinated by invisible assailant. Especially now that she’s gonna be able to tell when somebody lying pretty soon just summon her to stand a round you and you can never be lied to Or the dream walking ability there’s so many ways that could be useful like if you want information or do you want to know something or convey something to somebody who’s in a coma Or even the perfect memory ability if I was really busy and there was so many things I had to remember I just have her stand around me to remember those things granted much less exciting but still applications of her powers that aren’t really being utilized

I think it would be interesting to see kat be summoned to a modern or futuristic world with cultivation energy And then have people plugged into simulations to cultivate and then have Kat use her dream walking ability to go into the simulation via the person plugged in. I probably have it centered around espionage or something along those lines having to infiltrate somebody’s mind to get information so a bit like inception I suppose. I just think a Kat Lilly spy mission would be fun

The world building you do with the series is incredibly enjoyable and interesting to me. personally is one of the main draw of the series. to be more critical though I think the when how you do the explaining can be a bit tedious and too much at once. And I’m sure you’ve heard this a lot as a writer is to show not tell granted some things need to be told but it would be more fun to feel like these things have been discovered rather than told. Also I think would be interesting to be summoned to the same world, but not by the same summoner iE to be summoned for a different purpose maybe even a purpose that would would conflict with the previous summoner whether that is actually possible with how you set up how summoning works I don’t know.

I feel like this is a bit out of character for both of them Mainly for Lilly because I figured she would be too embarrassed to do this in front of this many people and for kat it’s kind of random and she wouldn’t be motivated to do this that means that all of this coming from Lilly and I just think that’s weird

Kat and Lily were standing off in the corner making out instead of paying attention to the cannon so… good for them? *Honestly I'm surprised Stan hasn't noticed me hanging out with Blue and started glaring. Not that he's got competition from Blue of course. She's not really my type… but Stan doesn't know that. Hmm… should I mess with him? No that could end really poorly. Especially when I'm not certain I want to return his advances yet.*
