It's like this kekkai genkai give you an advantage, but even then it's not a garunte to make you powerful. Dozens if not hundreds of the Uchia clan members had sharingan, but when you compare them to monsters like Madara, itcahi or even Shisui they were way more powerful han their clan members even if they just use normal sharingan. MC was weak to begin with, so even with tsenigan. Yes he's stronger but not by much.

Don't get wrong, his Chakra has at the very least increased 40 to 50 times since awakening Tenseigan; which ultimately made Kuroto very excited; but now that he has used Rein Wheel Rush and Rein Wheel Pull several times, he was surprised to find that his Chakra is almost exhausted.

If he is really smart. He should find a way to get super rich and then buy anime studios in Japan and have them produce anime episodes to his liking. There are tons of light novels and mangas with powerful items in them that haven't been made into anime yet. With enough money he could also pay artists to make custom made animes for him with any powers or items he can imagine.

Then nothing would stop him from going on an adventure to the Multiverse. He would have no reason to go back to his home dimension. He should have opted for something more temporary like an object that would make him young and unkillable as long as he had it on him. Not an innate ability.

The answer is advanced technology. Maybe he can get an advance piece of technology like a super computer with tons of storage space and the ability to make a project videos or images. Load it up with thousands of animes and travel the anime multiverse. He could also potentially search for a teleport Arion ability or device that can help him travel back to his home dimension.

He can take his laptop with him and make sure it doesn't run out of energy... But that will only allow him to bring items from other animes. he won't leave the world to another anime world, let alone go back to his real world, the laptop screen is tiny after all.

This story can turn out great if the MC decides to accumulate power and get stronger and then go on adventures inside anime worlds. It would be similar to multiverse traveling fanfic but with an interesting twist.
