I can see Alex being a very over protective dad. if they have a little girl, there will be no boy good enough for his little princess and he will kill them all.

maybe Abi dies, then a blood transfusion happens and somehow Zeke brings her back to life. she would no longer have the blood as a dragon keeper. let's just hope and pray

I can't take this. I am hoping for a good ending here, but I am not sure I am gonna get it.

does Abi have to die for Dianh to die? Did Zeke know that all along? Does Zeke kill Abi to kill the dragon and then bring her back to life or will Alex have to wait another 1000 years for her to be reborn. I still think Zeke made Abi an immortal when he operated on her. but just did not tell anyone. Ugh!! So many thoughts and worries. Abi can not die. Alex and Abi have to have babies.

The way I see it is if our dear Author is not feeling well, then she needs to take time for herself and get well. The book can wait, just as we the readers can wait. I would sooner have the Auther well enough to produce an outstanding read (like she has so far) vs something that we as readers would lose interest in.

But what about Abi's dream? This is killing me.
