Teen MYSTERY SURVIVAL TEEN ENEMIESTOLOVERS CRUSH

"You're heartless," Kamji said him. She was sure that if she was to cut open his chest with a blade, she would find nothing but an empty dark space and maybe with a few cobwebs. "It took a lot of courage for her to confess her feelings to you. Did you really have to say such hateful things to her?" "I almost felt guilty a bit. I must confess you're really good at pep talk," he looked up from his book to stare at her, his brown eyes bore no emotion. "But it's as you said, a heartless human being like myself isn't capable of showing sympathy." Kamji was a bit taken aback by his response, She couldn't tell if he was joking or being serious right now because his face was as aloof as it has always been. "Maybe I should take the girl up on her offer and start stealing hearts to fill my empty void chest. What do you think? Being a heart thief doesn't sound like a bad idea." He tilted his head as if deep in thought. "And I would gladly start with stealing yours." his eyes still fixated on hers as he added the last part.– ––––Her whole little world was perfect. She had wealthy parents, the dreamiest best friend/child hood sweetheart, good grades and was the senior prefect of the most prestigious Academy in Abuja. There was nothing more she could have asked for. But after losing her mother to a dreadful heart disease, Kamji could see her whole little world crumbling down. First her grades started to drop and after that she had lost her post as the No 1 student in school. Things got a whole lot worse when she had to transfer to a new school in Lagos leaving her bestfriend, Michael and everything else she valued behind. But when she arrived at the new school and met Joshua, a quiet, cold guy who looked exactly like her childhood sweetheart Michael, Kamji finds herself attracted to him as she strives to uncover the mystery behind the striking resemblance. He was the cold-hearted and anti social genius of the school who just wanted to be alone and have nothing to do with the outside world. But when he accepted the job of tutoring the new girl in school, Joshua Bakare realized that he just might have made the greatest mistake of his life. She was this beautiful, kind hearted, loving girl from a respectable well-to-do family. While he was just some low life thief living with a single drug addicted mother and surviving by engaging in fraudulent activities. There was definitely no way an Angel would get along with a Demon... But one thing the Genius failed to realize was that, Opposite Attracts. And when Joshua was diagnosed with Coronary artery disease, the same sicknesses which took her mother's life. Kamji realized that she would have to be stronger than ever. Joshua's heart belonged to her and she was not going to let this sickness take another heart from her again. As far as she was concerned she had stolen his heart first, fair and square. She was his little heart thief and had every right to keep it. PS: The cover is not mine, Credits to the owner

  • The Empire High School

    The Empire High School

My name is Katherine Adebowale. I am the only female child of my parents Mr Bayo & Mrs Joke Adebowale. And a sister to 5 Big Brothers, only one of my brothers left not married - the 5th Child. He is in Italy studying. All the others married, with children. I missed them so much. My mom and I go on a round of visits every year. Vancouver, Wales,Scotland and Manchester. I turned 18 two months ago. I am what you might describe as "Tall" with a long black hair, very fair skin and plump lips. I am unbelievably shy. Everyone makes me nervous actually. I'd so adore being the cool sort. I can say I'm very reserved. And once I get to know someone and we become close all of sudden I am entirely different. Confident and very capable. My mom own several boutiques in Lagos. My father is a Businessman. They are very busy people. They both travelled a lot. When I was 12,I left home for the boarding school since no one was around to look after me. I attended the Girls College in Abuja. My mom is very funny, kind and generous. My dad is kind and nice but not funny. I loved my parents,no doubt about that. But I was particularly close to my Mom. She was the only true friend I had even though she wasn't always around. But she came around on my birthdays and whenever she was less busy at work. My Father hardly remembered birthdays, including his own. However, Mummy would never forget. I remembered mom fought with him when she found out he didn't send me a present when I turned 16. He apologized and made things up to me. When I turned 18,dad sent me greeting card and gave me a Teddy bear when I came home. Whenever mom was around, she always made me feel I could discuss anything with her. My dad could be strict on some things. I recalled on my 17th birthday, mom gave me a cellphone as a gift but dad didn't let me use it. He said I was too small to use a cellphone. I had cried that year but there was nothing I could do because his mind was made up.

  • LOVE AFFAIRS OF PIERRE ABUTU

    LOVE AFFAIRS OF PIERRE ABUTU

    Urban GENIUS

Pierre Paul Abutu gives a humorous, fascinating and dispassionate narration of the unique intimate and romantic events of his life from teenage to adolescence, and into the early stages of his adult life. This narration revolves around the lives, and relationships of sixteen ladies with whom he shared happy, intimate, eventful and evergreen moments of his life with. These love affairs occur in Pierre Abutu’s life, at his university, the Augustine Nnamani Campus, Agbani, in Enugu Campus of the Nigerian Law School, Akwa Ibom State and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Due to his religious beliefs, personal convictions, personal principles, metaphysical and supernatural predictions and postulations, the media, intellectual and literary effects in his life, most of these affairs either ended abruptly or amicably. These love affairs also reveal the negative attitudes, traits and deceptive machinations of these girls and ladies. Even though certain unpleasant and resultant effects were never intended at any particular stage, or with any of these girls and ladies, one thing was very clear: each love affair was and would always be evergreen to Pierre Abutu.
