Where is the violence in this chap titled violence!!!!!!

This has been bothering me, if their Lord just came back at level 1 and all his soldiers died wouldn't the happiness of the citizens drop really badly. And going off that he already wouldn't have enough money hardly to pay for grain. So how is di Chen and them all even able to do anything ??? I would figure at this point that they'd be rioting in the streets o.O
