I can 100% relate with this dude. I remember when a buddy of mine helped me get a job at Honda Transmission, and on my first week, I caused close to $10,000 of damages to four CRVs while on the line by being over confident on a forklift. I embarrassed my buddy and myself. I was so glad I didnt get fired on the spot and was given a second chance. Now I am a supervisor over close to 75 people in a department, 10 years later. Will be keeping an eye on this particular character and hope he will redeem himself.
Now La Huer learned his lesson. Better try to be careful and not over confident. Too much confidence is dangerous in war. There is a proper place and time to be bold.
