I really liked it at the start, it seemed interesting as the plot was really good even at the beginning. Basically, a girl messes with the supposed ‘MC’ before poisoning him and turning him into a mindless and lifeless cripple. He then attempts sui- but survives because of his sister and father. The father fights with a grand elder and wins to get the resources to save his child. But in return, he has to go to a forest and train killing demons. He does that and flash forward 5 years. He comes out of the forest at his peak, all strong and stuff. However he gets jumped and betrayed by his friends who got sold out. This part doesn’t really make sense, he had a ton of power, and was a supposed one-in-a-10-thousand, but then he gets beaten by these weaker people. The excuse is “poison.” This part is weird but still alright. He gets kidnapped and wakes up, apparently the grand elder is the one who planned against him. He bought his friends with cultivation pills. Still... Alright. Turns out that the grand elder had lost everything to him, his son in law, daughter, power, everything. So he got revenge by going after the man and his family. WARNING! REALLY MESSED UP AFTER THIS! Basically he goes after the guy’s family and butchers them and decapitates them and stores their heads so he can show them to the guy and create despair. Legit, the guy just grabbed a box and opened it, showing all the heads. This part is gore, but, its still alright, nothing too bad to make you throw up. BUT WAIT! DID YOU JUST JINX YOURSELF? BECAUSE LEGIT IN THE NEXT SCENE, THE GRAND ELDER TALKS ABOUT HOW HE DID IT ALL. This part was really gore in my opinion, but it’s still alright... just calm down and don’t explain further. JUST KIDDING LOL! GOTTA MENTION HOW I STALKED THE LIFELESS CHILD AND BUTCHERED HIM INTO A MILLION PIECES BEFORE FEEDING HIM TO THE ANIMALS. At this point I was really contemplating my choices to read this, but eh, I’m not one to get to angry or have a weak stomache/ mind, so I was still alright at this point, just please don’t keep going or mention any ra-. LOL YOU THOUGHT! TIME TO GO IN DEPTH ABOUT HOW I USED A DRUG ON THE DAUGHTER, TURNING HER MINDLESS BEFORE RA—ING HER AND THEN BUTCHERING HER. LOL, IK BUT YOU ALREADY KNOW I’M NOT DONE! TIME TO EXPLAIN FURTHER. LETS GO! At this point I legit felt sick, Author, I’m truly sorry for this, but why the hell do you need to go in depth about ra-? I really liked it at first because it was interesting, the butchering part didn’t get me, I was slightly confused about why you would go in depth about butchering, but it was alright. Then you mentioned drugging and ra-. Still alright, but why the hell did you go in depth about the ra-? I understand maybe it was for the revenge, but still, you could hav just left it at... that. I didn’t care for the details about the butchering but the ra- details really made me sick. Anyways... Then he dies and swears revenge, then he gets the system and... yeah. Btw, sorry for long review. I just felt I had to warn the readers. i am not sure this is the last time this is used, I didn’t read much more after this, i think it’s still really good and you should try it out. This was basically an explanation of the prologue and the start. No hate, just a review on my opinion. Bye.

Well it a good story and when I first read the first chapter I thought the MC was the real MC son. Well anyway all that aside from the story is good. Have a good world that I like. And aside from that only thing that leaves much to desire is updated. I think maybe it is on or two updates if the story a week. Well I only want to say to the author, please take some time from your studies to write

IDK, author starts with some gruesome betrayal but the guy functions like its sunshine and rainbows and just starts having more kids with more wives?!? He is basically an old man and makes dumb decisions left and right?!? And personal opinion, ****ty systems that exist to put the MC is ****ty situations just feels forced instead of an actual story. I mean this is good if you want to pass some time but the story development is rushed with important character building aspects to make room for the MC being treated like trash for no reason? This could be good but the themes between a dark MC that is capable and fights the good fight and just a dude being pulled along by some by a bratty system is not set and needs a bit more work.

Well at this point when the story had progresses this far, this lui wants to give an honest review. Writing quality Same like new coming authors not bad at the beginning which improves exponentially with foregoing chapters. Stability of updating. Though I want him to update daily, his release of chapters at alternative days are not bad, considering the fact that it makes the readers more anticipating to read after a new release. Story development. Well at first it was all over the place but in new chapters I can see that all missing links are joining up and making the story a better one. Character designing. Well it's a tough one to answer but I can look at his inexperience although he tried his hard I could say that it's enough considering the fact that he's a new coming author. World back ground. This balu is good at this fact and if I were to say he could improve much better and make the book an interesting one. Currently it's good enough to let the readers like me understand it. Spoilers. Well at first the Chinese xuan huan style has made me think that this was an another Chinese like system novel which I read half interestingly. But as chapters scrolled by I find new and interesting western names that made me better at remembering the names. He is reincarnated gets involved in aristocratic influence, goes to dungeons, do quests and much more, all in all its a good book to read. By his pace I think it'll reach 500+ chapters before the story gets completed.

John is without a doubt a classic character; Fighting for those innocent villagers against those guards was dope to read through. From hate-filled kid to a badass MC. Props for this novel Author. Keep feeding us!

Just read the first volume, although the first 4 long chapters are on the past it helps develop character traits. It very interesting but for me it is a bit hard to follow everything, but the book got me hooked. Plots differs a bit from classical ones but that makes it unique. Quotes remembered on top of my head "You never expect that you will be betrayed by your sworn brothers do you." [something like that] "...unless, unless you reached that level...impossible!" And just from Vol.2's titles you can also infer that there is also humour in the story. I liked the book despite some bumps here and there. These are just my humble opinions, but I do recommend reading this book. Ahem...so I have a question...... Is Jian Lin still 45?! Nevermind I'll read the rest of the chapters in my free time to find out.

A really interesting novel, the author has clearly put a lot of thought and time into planning and world-building. The novel starts off with a more Xian Xia Eastern Fantasy vibe but goes on to be more of a levelling up novel with system and a Western Fantasy setting. Pacing: Good pacing, although a few parts were a little slower. I like how the plot is going so far, with the MC meets many different characters and is smart enough to hide his reincarnated identity with his old identity. Most MCs just completely dive into their new lives, retaining none of their memories or abilities of their past life which I always find to be a waste. Keep up the good work author san!

A fresh take from other novels where the MC has to prove himself worthy of the reincarnation that is going to be offer to him. Grammar-wise, needs improvement but is still understandable that it does not break the immersion of the story itself. I highly recommend using Grammarly in order to correct the grammatical mistakes of each Chapter. World is pretty immersive overall, with interesting characters and creatures. I can tell how great the effort that you put up in this story. Great Job!! BTW, thanks for the review!!
