"A Memory in your Heart" is a story of two people that tackles their life right after an accident that took away the memories of their past. They are once part of each other's life but in an instant, they turned strangers in each other's eyes without knowing that they fell in love in each other back then. Ang aksidenteng 'yon ang naging dahilan upang hindi nila matandaan ang isa't isa, walong taon na ang lumipas. A circumstance will bring them back into each other's path once again, at ito na ang magiging simula upang muli nilang makilala ang isa't isa matapos ang maraming taon na nawala sa kanilang dalawa.
