I was really enjoying the story- around chapter 60 there was suddenly a warning about locked chapters going forward, but it said that fast passes were an option and also sounded like chapters would continue to open up later as the author updated more (this was written 3 years ago so one would expect them to be open by now). But after dropping all of my points on a fast pass that should’ve at least opened a few more chapters, it turns out they don’t work and the only option is to purchase coins (which I can’t do at the moment). Unfortunately, I don’t know if the author is even still around at this point to realize the problem. It’s such a disappointment to get this far and then realize I have no way of finishing the book.

Overall a great plot line, well-developed character and a quick read! While I thought the ending felt somewhat rushed, overall a very enjoyable novel! I definitely would enjoy reading more in this series/world!

Definitely not a bad book! However, it needs editing and maybe a beta reader to help with ironing out some details. I like the characters and even the plot is interesting- albeit clichéd- however, it just fails to flow in a certain way. Still, I don't regret reading it. Doesn't mean I would read it again.

I love the novels written by this author! There's excellent world building, and the books tie together into the same universe (for TCSG and TVM). I can definitely see this book having the potential for a sequel, so if you're looking for a long-term story across many books, this is the book for you! 🥰👍

This book was excellent! It was very well written, the plot was awesome, and I absolutely loved all the characters - especially the main couple. I only had two issues with the story that weren't resolved. (1) We never found out what really happened to XueYa's & YaYun's mother. Who actually killed her? (2) We also never found out how & why XueYa lost his eye and fingers. We learned YaYun was responsible for it, but I really wanted to hear the story of how that happened because eveyone, including XueYa, kept saying it was an accident and YaYun didn't mean it. However, I'm pretty sure no one can stab out someone's eye and cut off two of their fingers without meaning to do so intentionally!
Other than those two issues, the story was extremely good and is definitely worth reading!! 😍😍💖💗😘💞

I really didn't want this book to end, to the point I avoided finishing it. I must say it has to be one of the most well rounded books I have read. Not only is the writing superb, but the author created whole a unique world. But of course the icing on the cake are the main characters with endless sass and stubborness. Their personality and dynamics made me fall head over heels and reluctant to let go. I hope you do write that little spinn off as it already sounds epic, i will be crossing my thingers. Thank you so much for this book, I will be coming back to read it again for sure!

I really love this book! It's got amazing character building, a wonderful and mysterious world, a facinating plot line, it's just great. I love the interaction between all the characters, and I like how it's not just your typical 'MC meets ML and fall in love', it's focused also on the relationships of the side characters as well as developing feelings between the MC and ML. Also snakes. I love snakes. Wonderful story, if I could give it 10 stars I would!

This book doesn't just give you good entertainment, amazing characters, a unique plot, great grammar, and regular updates. It also has a very admirable author that interacts with the readers. I swear, you'll have fun reading this novel. 💯💕

the chapters are kinda few but the story is good read. Love the complicated relationship of the flirty sorcerer and the still-innocent white snake god, as well as his sisters. thanks author, great work!
