I've never actually written a review before so this will be my first one. The only thing I gotta say is WOW. This guy, lemme tell ya, is probably the BEST book writer I've come across so far. Amazing character, interesting story, satisfying background, and above all else, he is just GOOD. Obviously I came from Rise of the Undead Legion (My number 1 most favorite book ever) but I gotta admit, his other books, are by no means worse. They hold the top spots on ALL of my book lists, so if you don't know what to read and need something new and GOOD. Check this guys stuff out, I'm serious. Good luck reading yall!
This book has a great concept behind it, mainly around applying modern ideas to cultivation, I particularly liked the idea of runes as a sort of computer code.
Updates are stable, the world is both well crafted and well explained, and the writing is top notch.
There's a typo here and there, but that's really the only negative I could figure out. If you enjoy characters with ingenuity and get annoyed by cliches this is probably a good choice for you.
This is a story unlike any other you have seen. Biako does what most other authors need a whole chapter to do in a single page THE FIRST PAGE. Just read it.
The pacing is fast and exciting, The world building creative and especially the main character is AMAZING. It actually shows what view a real reincarnated person will have in a cultivation world. Logical, Creative and best of all? This character isn't some random heroic face slapping protagonist with plot armor, who makes "mistakes" due to being young and foolish despite living his second life.
Just have to say that this book has definitive world building, solid back story, and an actually relatable character. not just some MC who always wins. It's a slow start. But it gets going fast. 10/10
Every chapter had me on the edge of my seat. The author thinks like me. I have no way to prove it, but just know that the way he explains and shows his ideas are unparalleled in any other story I have read so far. It's to the point that I'm actually spending money to have more content to read. This novel... is everything I wanted to read in a story. It has realism, fantasy, philosophy, psychology, and more. All to make you think, understand, entertain, and understand you as a person.this is more than just a story. To me, it's both the story I always wanted to create and the story I always wanted to read. It's my beliefs brought to life in a story, so addicting that I want to never stop reading.the only unfortunate thing is that I'm not rich. Otherwise, I would be this stories #1 supporter.so trust me when I say... you gotta read this. Even if you don't value it the same way I do... it's still a great story to read.
Baiko please tell us why you stopped writing blood creed, it was my first book from you and although I'm grateful that it's discontinuing lead me to reading rise of the undead legion (like 3 times now lol) I'm still sad to see that it's gone. Please tell us why you stopped
Great book but the update rate brings down the quality of whole book. You even forget what happened in the previous chapter. Sometimes there are only 2 chapters in a month.
Easily top 2 in my reading list! Story develops really well, the character has depth and the world build is impressive. Im on my second re-read to let the new chapters build, and it’s just as good this time through! Your Dao inspires many, keep it up
The only issue this novel has is not enough chapters. Read this book, you will love it. I think I’ve reread some parts like 10 times and the entire story atleast twice.
The story is always interesting and everything has a meaning. There is no filler or bs and everything flows great.
Now go make some tea or coffee and read this thing!
I've only read the free chapters but I can say this novel has a lot of potentials.
We didn't get much world-building yet due to the situations MC has been through, I feel we are gonna know more till the 100.
The MC is not a shallow one he helps if he judges so and kills likewise, I am liking his development so far.
The only thing I think is missing is character description, I feel like we could get more details on them, sometimes I can't even imagine them and I just make up what I think they are like
One of the reasons i liked this story is because it doesn't have a harem but as of now at chap 408 there are already 3 4 girls flocking over him.. I hope the writer is not going towards harem.. The updating stability sucks right now..
good story I was enjoying it very much [img=Loving it] but recently I'm afraid l will drop it because it's looks like[img=disgusted][img=Speechless] Harem is growing 123 whyyyyyyyyyy ruin a good story it was going very well for me and everyone else please rethink [img=Envy]
you really need to rewrite the synopsis for this novel. it is extremely misleading and almost caused me to miss out on reading a pretty good story. consider making the last words not be that he couldn't cultivate.
amazing story. I'm only about a hundred chapters in but it's simply a tight story and it's just so nice! just has a few spelling errors every now and then but it's only human.
69 golden Tickets! What more is there to say.... READ THE BOOK! Why do you read reviews. You picked up this book because it's in the top of some list. So just read it and maybe you like it....
Ill be quick. Everything is great. world/character/story/writing, all good to great.
HOWEVER!!!
The MC ends up making firearms in a otherwise perfectly normal cultivation novel. Which ruined it for me. If your ok with firearms you'll enjoy this novel. If not, you probably wont.
Here is a direct quote from around chapter 240.
' I looked at the incoming cultivators and pulled the minigun I had left from my side bag. While at the same time manifested the four puppet arms from my shoulders and belt.
The arms around my belt had a twelve-round rocket launcher each, while the ones on my shoulder had their own miniguns.'
as always, Biako is an amazing author with lively characters, fleshed out worlds, and fun twists to common tropes and themes. It is clear in this novel that they have a vision for the story as a whole and it is being wonderfully delivered to their audience. I highly recommend it, as well as every other Biako book.
the only thing I could possibly ask of them is moooorrreeeee I neeeed moooorrreeee
all the love ❤️
personally I find this book extremely fascinating it has a unique perspective very well written and the design of the character is practically flawless I've read a lot of books from here but this is by far one of the most well-written ones I have read I also can't help but love the ingenuity that the author has used for this I personally must say that the author is indeed worthy of an applause for this very well written and thought out novel I would recommend this to be read by anyone who is a fan of cultivation novels especially those who enjoy the novel's with a very unique perspective
Wait this is a romance.... ??? I didn’t know! I’ve read like +200 chaps and it was only till after scrolling for a new reincarnation novel did I see the romance tag.... who is the FL???
The start is impressive to say the least the novel starts off strong I can say with certainty that this novel won’t have your usual stupid tropes with an emotionally unstable mc and his hero syndrome
Read at least 6 chap and you’ll see what I’m talking about
So I believe this is the first time I've done a review. I have been following the author since about chapter 50 or so of Rise of the Undead Legion. This story and RoTUL are absolutely excellent. It feels like the MC has real and legitimate threats to his life. It is wonderfully written and very enjoyable to read. I highly recommend this to anyone I can.
Great Novel, unusual even among cultivation in that you can really tell the MC is from earth and while he is not unaffected by his current environment, you can still see his origin as a transmigrator (from earth, maybe the western world?) clearly. Plot can be unpredictable which is good and there is less if a sense that the MC has an unstoppable cheat. Characters make sense and although the world background is familiar to those reading cultivation novels it's still pretty interesting. Occasional extremely minor grammatical mistakes. I just want faster updates, but then it's hard with original novels, only reason I took off one star.
