I don't generally write reviews, but for this book, I thought I should. I have read many, many novels. I started out with MGA (couple of years ago) and have read WMW, LOTM, RI, DE, ATG, Soul Land, Coiling Dragon, Martial World, Supreme Magus and many more till date. So believe me when I say this- This is a HIDDEN GEM through and through. The BEST part of this novel is that there is almost nothing that one can label as cliché. The best parts of an Eastern Novel can be seen here. Do try it if you like xuanhuan/xianxia. You won't be disappointed.

best cultivation novel I've ever read. well thought out characters and good mc really makes this novel stand out amongst others. and i just loved the world building that was done in the novel and even the concept of dao and laws and the cultivation system is well explained.

Cultivation Masterpiece. MC that is unshackled by the usual cultivation mindset, He is exploring endless possibilities. The Side Characters' intelligence, reaction, contradictions in paths, fights, are well done and extremely reasonable. Everything in this novel is connected, Author sure work extremely hard to make this work. Anyways, i hope people who thinkin not to read it yet, you're missing a masterpiece.

Writing quality(3 star): I wanted to even give it a 2😂😂😂. Honestly the beginning is that bad. I dropped this novel because of the grammar. Around 200s is when the grammar evens out. No need to say anything about update. Superb Story development(4 stars): the main thing that forced me to come back to this novel despite its glaring grammar errors. Engaging plot line, some mystery here and there etc Character development(4 stars): if an author is able to make me as a reader feel pity or frustrated of his character then I feel they did well in writing 3D characters. From hero to side characters and villains, everyone has their own stories(though honestly I don’t know how I wold feel if I was in di tians place) World background(4 stars): would have given 5 but too big and detailed makes it a bit messy if you get my drift(like how extreme yin births Yang and vice versa) Overall wonderful story Please don’t drop

Very different from typical novels and stands out from the common trashy tropes seen in todays novel scenes. Excellent use of world building and actually focusing on the characters that participate in the heaven wills battle i.e everyone has their own reason to become an emperor and that is explored well. Absolutely better than emperors domination in terms of the heaven will battle and wang wei as a character is phenomenal. We actually have a good mc lol. Anyways sage keep doing your thing.

The best eastern fantasy novel out there. The sheer depth of the world and the intelligencrle/IQ of the characters is beyond what I thought was possible in this genre

I will try my best to give a detailed review about why should you read this novel. I will start with characters- Most characters (even extras) are cunning, smart, intelligent, ruthless, manipulative greedy, opportunist, selfish, etc. So what's good? The APPROACH Every characters have good 🧠 cells, they will use it before doing anything. These characters will become MCs, if novels are written on them. And you will love antagonists, they are too OP honestly, you will love them. Now what's good with MC? You got the answer, he have to deal with these kind of people. And MC's main strength is intelligence and wisdom. And the author portrayed it beautifully. But still this level of intelligence ain't enough, MC has to suffer losses also. If things can be done through conversation then no need for aggression, this personality I liked best about MC. Review is getting bigger so i will stop here about characters. about chapters - Please go through first 50 chapters, you won't want to miss your future top novel, right!! In some novels You have to read 100-200 chaps to see it's worth, so 50 ain't much. Chapters are long. Little bit of grammar and spelling mistakes. Fights are top notch. Full of mysteries. Author will compensate chapters if he misses. Support him if you want more chaps. For author- If you are reading this , please change the novel cover picture. New readers select novels by seeing the cover picture first, won't bother to read summary and tags. I also first thought it is a romance novel like 1 year back.

I don't know why this book ain't popular yet. The most important thing about this book is, all characters are equally cunning, ruthless, smart as mc. The plot is getting more hyped as chapters goes on. This novel is my best novel.

I haven't really read that many cultivation stories or however they are called, but I can say that this has to be one of the best it exists, the characters are smart and interesting, the power system is very well done in my opinion and the world building is awesome too. It deserves 5 stars. Thank you Author for giving us this wonderful novel.

I am no novice when it comes to the Xianxia genre. I have read so many novels in the genre and consider myself a connoisseur. And believe me when I say this novel can compete with the best of them. What the author has done is phenomenal the world and the characters and the lore are so enriched. Wang Wei is up there with the best of the best (the only bad character trait he has that boarders on juvenile is his grudge against his grandfather on his mother’s side, for how intelligent he is it comes across as ridiculous). This novel is darn near flawless and is Leagues above your favourite Xianxia novel if you are reading this review then it means you are curious trust me when I say invest your time in this amazing novel and you will be well rewarded. just a shame I didn’t discover this after it had been completed as waiting for the next chapter is agonising. Oh another point of contention I want to raise is that this novel should be number 1 in the power rankings and all other rankings on here. I have read all the other top 10’s and this novel is far superior to them and should be higher.

Great novel, there are plot holes in the beggining but story gets a lot better after vol 1 (chapter 66)

You won't regret, i promise. there isn't stupid characters (specially arrogant young masters) as most new novels. MC is OP but he starts weak, and gradually becomes Op

From my point of view, so far this novel is the best I've literally digested (xianxia) without having to skip chapters. The author did a really nice job and I appreciate his efforts too.

This is a great story. I thoroughly enjoyed it for beginning few hundred chapters. currently, after 600 chapters, I still love it. Only thing is, it has started be coming mediocre, as author just writes, "mc develops this concept because of his knowledge from Earth". But that flaw can be ignored, as what matters is how mc uses those powers, and how the story progresses, which is honestly great
