I like the story and the main character slowly builds the personality of a fighter but as with all of these books the story is slow but that is the point. it's a good book overall and I hope author is inspired sometime soon.

i would like to say you should ignore the comments that say nationalism because the nationalism isn't even that bad like other novels and this story doesn't deserve a anything below three stars

This is a novel that I really enjoyed. The only complaint I have it the ending was unsatisfying and unexpected. I wish the author spent a little more time on it and at least gave the story a clear resolution.

well before I wrote I will say that I'm not Chinese and this is my third time write a riview, but others' comment is right, this novel always praise CN to the sky. I personally think it's exaggerated but if I can write a good novel I will also praise my motherland. okay back to the novel, I think this novel is very good, truly. This is an example of a novel where I like the direction the story is going in but at the same time see many things that I can only shake my head to and wish it wasn't there because it would make the story so much better. The author has filled the novel with a red flavor of Chinese patriotism and it ruins the story in many different ways. At least in the beginning the extreme patriotism is restricted to laws, policies and ways of live and not so much 'I'm Chinese so I'm better, stronger, faster, etc.'. But that also results in 'our citizens are also our army' mentality as if the rest of the world wouldn't do similar things in this situation. I would even go as far as to say that I wouldn't be surprised if the author is actually a group of people who work for the Chinese communist party pr department. The reason for that is that not only the party and the party policies are praised but even the norms and values the mc has are very close to what the party would see as the ideal citizen. With the one noticeable exception being that the mc still chooses to not get too close to the government for fear of being controlled, at least in the beginning. And another that the society under influence of spirit energy still developed in a multi tier society, something that communists usually are against, and I'm not sure the author realizes this. One of the more interesting concepts is that different parts of the world eal with the emergence of spirit energy in different ways. And that results in different cultivation techniques for each region, which is a nice detail but unfortunately I have seen it done better with other novels. Another one of the positives is that there are no big plotholes so far and even the plot armor is really thin in the beginning. The main plot device, his tree planting system, has the possibility to be really overpowered but so far the rules of the world building are very well used to make the influence of the tree planting system is minimal. So far it only gives him attributes, his first attribute is not weak but also not op and he still has to train himself like everyone else. But I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes very op in the future. If you can ignore the heavy Chinese patriotism, and believe me it is very difficult to do so because it is ever present, it is a reasonably enjoyable story.

This Author is propaganda machine, I don't know if story has development at all. If Author had told People of China's Achievement then I could have read it but everything is about Communist party and its achievements directly or indirectly So nope not reading..

good just needs to be faster on chapters can we please hurry up and get more before I move onto different stories and forget this one time is ticking tick tock

the story is not all bad, it has some interesting ideas in the middle but the main problem of this series and the protagonist, usually protagonists of Chinese stories usually have their arrogance but this guy goes beyond acceptable limits and becomes unbearable later on.. .( Google translator)

Loved the story. Always excited for the updates. The MC has very interesting abilities. Shame that the author dropped it. I understand that it favors China quite a lot, but that's the setting of the story. If you don't like it, just drop it and go. In the first place this was a chinese novel(I think), so that's to be expected. If people don't like it, then go read your own country's novels. Nothing wrong with the author having a sense of nationalism(Even if the country has it's flaws). No need to trash the novel like that. The writing and the setting are quite good actually, and I hope the author would reconsider and continue the novel.

Very solid book, one of the best currently running in my opinion. It has nationalism but it's the kind I don't mind, the nationalism style is 'China is great!' instead of 'China is great, all other countries are terrible!', which is fine by me. I don't mind patriotism. Just wondering why it was dropped.

every people love thier mother country like how they love their parents. but author of these is taking that to a new level. like CHINA is the supreme ONE CHINA is GOOD rest is BAD, CHINA number 1 rest is not. mean come on dude i know you hate america after that last rebellion war but come on. stop these propaganda sound stupid. instead of making us see you as a good, this make us look at you as idiotic moron.

It is very original and I love it. I love the system and everything. It was just getting good and now its nothing but sadness. Hopefully it can come back soon.

YEEEESSSS CHIIINAAAA NUMBAAAAA WOOOOONNNNNNN seriously the first chapters is just saying how great China is i'm not even kidding generally in other novels that glorify China It's just one paragraph but i'm talking about the author using a entire chapter saying how the China (of the world he transmigrated) is the safest and most incredible country in the new world for 0 reason just say that the new China is the best and be done with it for gods sake

Overall i enjoyed the book and because i enjoyed I actually enjoyed it i am giving it 3 stars instead of just 1. The translation had some inconsistencies but for me, it didnt hinder the progress of the storyline. The concept was also very interesting, interesting enough for me to ignore the heaps of chinese hypernationalism. (There still wasn’t a terrible amount as compared to some other translations I’ve read.) The thing that is making me rate it this low is because it was marked completed out of no where. There is no ending, no resolution, it has been marked when there is still so much more progress to be made. The MC hasn’t reached the King Level, we haven’t seen him solve the latest conflict with the 5th spirit energy wave. I’m mad.
