The thing that I’m most upset about is that the story just stops. It said completed, but it is far from done. It’s either the author dropped or Webnovel decided to cut ties. Either way, this will never be finished now. Incredibly disappointing.

My question is he spend like 20 points on himself could he not have just upgraded the wolf to platinum level.
the first time he level up the wolf after he had two pets the level of the flower increased to why did it not continue like that??

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the ending.. wasn't exactly the best, shall we say, and the translation needs work. That said, I would absolutely recommend this book to other people. The characters are like-able, the translation, while needing work, is a lot better then some other novels I've seen on this site, the plot is pretty good in my opinion. Overall, it's a good book.

This is an interesting book and the author is for sure an intellectual. I like how detailed the book is alongside its characters. The world-building is okay and the plot is well written. I do not know how to express my opinions but i hope you try out this book, it will leave you wanting to read more, at least, it got me hooked up

it's some insane plot armor. at first he can't damage low bronze as high dark iron, but later he can kill high silver as low bronze.
why not just go and kill devine beings, since their defense doesn't change for him only?

hey, the beginning was very good. seriously, but just like what the others said, the face slapping at chapter 7 was just too cliché, predictable and the writing quality is too rushed, a little above.... no average at best. but I like the evolution point so its not bad. I would rate it a 3 out of 5 or 2.9

Well this is the Chinese novel where's many face slapping happened here and there.I don't hate those types novel though but it take some of my brain cells but what I hate the most is when these Chinese novel is being badly translated make me having migraines everytime and this badly translated novel make those Chinese novel had a bad views in the eyes of people cause some unknown person making their novel becoming trash

I’ve read up to Ch. 64 then dropped it. I’d say the first 40 chapters are a good read but it just drops in quality, for both translation and plot. The pacing became horrible and it started to drag. The translation became more inconsistent and new terms are added as if it’s being retconned as the story goes. Suddenly, things made less and less sense. Everything became convoluted and it’s hard to see where it’s going. Not in a ooh-I-wonder-what’s-gonna-happen-next way, but in a idk-what’s-going-on-anymore kind of way.
10/10 would not recommend.

It’s basically 'The Charm of Soul Pets', but without a story. The pets were switched for the nearest thing (moon fox -> moon wolf), the hardwork for a system and everything in general is worse : the translation, the stakes, the world building, the size, etc…
To give you an example, in TCoSP, the MC will die if he doesn’t get strong enough. In this story: no university… That’s not exactly on the same level. You can apply this comparison to everything in general.
Now, I give it a fairly bad review, but it is still redeable. I’d rather recommend you 'The Charm of Soul Pets', 'Astral Pet Store' or 'Museum of Deadly Beasts' over this, but if you’ve already read them and aren’t into rereading stories like me you can go for it. It’s more of a low priority read than a no-read. Imma continue but I probably won’t finish it.

I quiet like this novel. Even through I think our MC shouldn't evolve/upgrade everytime its possible to keep a bit of a "normal" image instead of a sky high, but thats just my personal opinion.
The only inconsistance that i noticed a few times are that the Author forgets a few upgrades and brings them back as new ones.
Thats a bit confusing and sometimes quite anoying, when you hope the MC gets a new ability/upgrade and then you notice its the same he already had, but the author forgot it and labels it as a new thing :(
I'm only at Chapter 80 and I will still read it, because the only problems are small things and not something major.
SPOILER:
He gets his Ear upgrade in chapter (around) 40-50 -> enables him to hear everything around 4km.
In chapter 70-80 he upgrades himself again and guess what he got: Ear upgrade (that he didnt had before as far as the Author seems it) that enables him to hear up to 2km. (I think the same happend with his eye upgrade but I'm not so sure about that.)

Incredibly generic and flat. There is no character to speak of just cardboard cutouts filling the most generic roles they possibly could. The story moves at breakneck speed but somehow manages to stay In place. Read at your own risk.

The writing style is tell don't show, plot armor is thicker than a bunker buried a mile deep, and the author doesn't care to ask themselves what we the readers might like to know or even need to know...
If you want a brainless read this is alright but make sure you actually turn off your brain cause otherwise you'll be frustrated.
If the author ever reads this my advice is to do a major rewrite of the whole story. Get a friend who reads a lot to read though the work and point out what you can do better and work on your craft. This could, and I'll repeat COULD, be good if more effort was put into it. Most stories become good in the rewrite.
The first time you write it it's a rough draft. The second time it's okay...
About the third time it's good and worth people's attention.

The story is very good and unique, not like many cliché stories (though there might be some cliché scenes but it can't be helped). After reading it I can't help but want more chapters, and this story is still getting better. But please include some more character developments with it it will be perfect.

I particularly like the beast system.
I like the world that the author wrote, not being a world that growers, let's call it, are not flowers in a greenhouse.
What he achieved was with blood and sweat, unlike many stories out there that, for me, are totally boring.
The author's system is meant to help. He doesn't force the MC to do anything. Want power? Go run after! Good system! Unlike those that make the MC all strong in one click.
I see some comments below saying that you read 5 chapters I don't know and didn't like it. You can't rate a work of 150 chapters out of 5 and want to be the master reviewer, that's just pathetic!
