I have just finished reading this earlier, took me two weeks actually hahahaha. The story is good and their relationship is also very nice with how they progress in a stable way. Its quite nice how the author insert the sweet moments at serious scenarios but it would still make me smile. Like any other Chinese novels, the MC's journey is also quite repetitive but its not at the stage where you will get tired of reading it. This is a nice read, although sometimes its a bit awkward and cliché in some scenes but when you think of it and imagine yourself in that situation, you would realize that it would be the same. I enjoyed myself and spent most of my sleeping time reading this hahaha. But there are also some points I have questioned like in the first side story :Another story of Huaxia, it said that Yun Loufeng was pregnant, there was a one year time skip in the middle and it did not indicated that she gave birth to a child. The second side story also didn't mention Nianfeng having a sibling. Also, I was actually hoping for a side story for Houhou and Ah Ye (specially with how dramatic their reunion was). Another thing is Xiao Bai' s family reunion. Why is there no family reunion? when they have been separated for most of their lives? Also, who was the one who helped Tianhui Empire attack the other kingdoms in the land of no return? They didn't even mentioned the use of those three kingdom's (jade medallion? forgot what its called). Yes, although I'm not that satisfied with some parts, this is still a good read. Greatly recommended.

Good job to the author on the novel. But honestly, I feel like the story lacks something tangible. Noticed how the story in some arc is almost the same. A random girl will fancy the ML and MC takes revenge because she was trying to seduce her man or she being too OP for the given situation 🙄. For me the story was too plain and there wasn't any emotional impact to it. Personally, I would rather see the MC goes through some ups and downs in life such as her confused state, her vulnerable state than being the strongest and the most fortunate at the given times.
