Akuma: Moving Shadows Akuma

Hairi, only a village off the coast of Japan, 1626. Kazuki- the village "airhead". Son of fisherman Naoko Hashimoto and fish seller Kiyomi Ijichi. Leading a simple life. But one day, Hairi is unknowingly invaded by what they call themselves, Akuma- demons, turning who is bitten into a shiki that moves like the shadows and lust for the blood of a human, strangely enough a girl from Edo arrives; Mariko. Both Mariko and Kazuki find something new within one another, but a fishing accident reveals a haunting truth that consumes Kazuki like the moving shadows that destroy his life...

And on the rise - nearly 700 years later...

The world is darker for it, stained by mistakes of the past - Kazuki must claw his way out of human and bloodborne insanity alike as he finds himself looking for an old enemey within the young blood of his rival's sons, Yamoto and Kenji - who grow each day to find the world that which Kazuki has created to be the world that which they want to destroy in order to rebuild.

But how as their very moral reservations weave and coil them in their world? A tale of two swords.
