Blights; human beings with abilities most could not comprehend. The world, however, does not know of their existence. They are kept secret from the masses in an effort to avoid the exploitation of their powers. Those who keep them a secret figured the only way to stop a Blight is to use one of their own. Eliza Rae is such a being; a hunter of her own kind.
