The world is separated into classes determined by blood types. This world is ruled by a totalitarian government intent on keeping the classes separated and the superior blood type in power for a dark reason.

All oppressive rulers have their resistors. The best hope for resistance this world has is a group of seven boys known as the 'Bulletproof Boy Scouts'.
