well, don't bother reading this novel unless you plan to read only up to ch364, because the names of everything/everyone suddenly changes. And from some other reviews that I've belatedly found, the abrupt name change fiasco happens for multiple characters in future chapters again.. ps. I was really enjoying the translation for this novel, truthfully this novel is better than its counterpart black tech internet cafe too

no wonder I stopped reading this in the past. this 1 star was for translation team after chapter 350+ they didn't bother to edit thing just straight up copy pasteing from Google translate. web novel don't know the value of a novel. if this one translated well, those golden ticket won't just end with 25. it'll will surpass 1,000! a shame for editorial team and management.

All is good and most concepts are new or presented in a new perspective. it just that it disappointed me that the same cliche where the female lead just seem to always have feelings with the MC is also present here in the story. it annoys me very much

The translator changes at like chapter 360 from being high quality to basically something just put through google translate. The story is amazing and the first translator was really good but it was ruined after the translator changed.

only 3 stars after the new author took over it became trash and driving all his works are literary just trash tl taken from another sites or Google translate. only three stars because I really like the old translate way better and like than this new one that ruined this novel.

why 🤔 this translation from chapter 364 gone bad?

Until around chapter 350, translation was excellent, but chapter updates were very slow. Now, new 'translator' has picked up, who is barely translating doing a bad mtl, with barely any adjustments names and pronouns are messed up. It has become so hard to read. Tbh some other websites already have mtled more than 1k chapters, there names are at least consistent with good capitalisation. Here you have to pay for a barely readable novel. I have also seen a sus account which may be an alt account of translator who was saying that this one is better than mtled ones, just posting same comments to everyone who is calling out of bad translations.

As (currently as of this review) first ranker in power-vote reader after months of hoping this series will continue, I'm truly disappointing with the quality of translation after chapter 363. Be it MTL with or without human editorial or whatever, it's bad. Even the character names were not translated consistently in the very same chapter. There's one thing when you have to read MTL series crawling from raws by bots, and there's another when you have to pay on commercial site that is supposed to be professional. So be it, my one-star on translation quality is in no way on the superb quality translation by YangWenli, and I thanks him for his works on the first 363 chapters. For the rest of this story, be warned, do not pay Webnovel for it. Do not pay for chapter after 363. It's not worth it.

Specially created an account to vent here. To any would-be readers: It's a great story up until ch363 by Yang Wenli. After chapter 363 the translation quality turns into trash. To the new "translator": Look, I genuinely think you had the best of intentions posting 'edited' MTL after the previous (actual) translator went radio silent. But I rather you'd never posted anything at all in the first place. Now no real translator's ever going to pick this up and we're left in Webnovel purgatory with something that's +10% better than something spat out by Google Translate. It's still not something readable. Names are inconsistent, yes, but if that was the only problem I'd be jumping from joy. So much else has been lost in the MTL garble. The flow, plurals, story continuity, everything ... you can't just replace a few words, call it a day, and think that will make everything readable - let alone ask coins/money for it. If it was that easy, the translation industry would've died in 2016. It's just such a shame ...

Decent novel, although a bit boring its rare to see so little blood in fantasy setting, my only problem is the quality drop since around chapter 350~ barely readable and the names got mixed up its confusing af. At current state, it is not worth it reading after chapter 350~ until it got fixed.

wouldn't recommend continuing buying chapter's after 360. they're MTL which you can read free elsewhere. really liked the story but have to drop this since all the names are messed up. Unfortunate and got scammed 1k coins because of this

One of my favorite novels on the site. I love the thought of the Mc bringing the internet as well as all kinds of movies, TV shows, video games. And other forms of entertainment to another world. It doesn't take itself too seriously either and is just a great time. However, unfortunately the translation quality has dropped significantly from the old translation, a trend I've seen often on this site in other novels like, The Boss Behind the Game (iirc). While it is still readable, the experience is greatly hampered by the bad translation quality. That being said I'm not sure what to think. On one hand I would take this translation over it not being translated at all. On the other hand, I wish it wasn't picked it so that a really good translator could pick it up in the future which possible will never happen.

One of my favourite novel in this year!! Can't wait to keep supporting the story and see what more culture get isekaied into another world :)

great book upto around chapter 230, then the writing quality drops down to bearly acceptable. If I did not know any better I say the guy who translated this is a 4 year old.

I checked the new chapters and it's not true that it's MTL (Machine Translation). I tried to read this novel with MTL and its awful. The new chapters have different names and sometimes the name changes for the same person. But is a thosuand times better than MTL. I believe it's a really good edited MTL or a direct translation. Because it flows well and it only takes a second to adapt to the new names. I'm grateful and overjoyed that the novel is picked up again and the release rate is very fast too now! Thank you for your work translator! Grammar and vocabulary are great, maybe you could correct the names. Anyways thank you!

Its a shame that the translation is now mtl. If Yang Wenli was the one to translate this, it would certainly no doubt be one of best novels to have ever existed in this trashy site. ISTG if someone doesn't revise the newly released chqpters I'll drop it

it has started again!!!! thank God it has started again. This novel is the best novel just to relax and binge read. tha characters are simple but there is depth. Even if iit's just making movies in a fantasy world there is a real depth in the world and i must say it's really good.just read it you won't be dissatisfied.

One of the best novels in this website. Top 3. How the MC makes modern technological advancements in a different world is a delight. It's reminds me of Release that Witch and it gives me that pleasure when reading. Such a pity that it was abandoned for 1 year plus. But now some translator (maybe the same who dropped it) started translating again (once a week? It's no clear). Please translator continue, there are a lot of us who love this novel. It's addicting and well writen, we beg you, translator name your price! Now, seriously speaking, I'm glad at least it's being translated again. You gave us hope. About tge novel... If you enjoy Kingdom building, diverse characters and addicting reactions to modern inventions in a magical world similar to medieval age... all meshed up in a wonderful story then read this. Overall, one of my favorite stories, and I’ve read ALOT of stories. The only sad thing is that it seems the author or translator, whichever one (I don’t understand who the releasing person is), releases sporadically and rarely now.

This is a pretty good story though I am unsure about the relationship of joshua and one of the side characters.It makes it seem that there is something there but it doesn't say out right that there is.Besides that I just want them to put more anime into the story.Oh maybe more video games like dead by daylight though i wonder how they would be able to do it.Also it would leave some complications due to the story's time period and the entity from DBD.Not only that but it might be best if they were to stay away from stuff with lots of philosophy like naruto or something like re:zero,fire force and demon slayer(cause of obvious reasons).
