Yes, I know, it is a short synopsis, but I typed it on the top of my head. I have an idea of what I want, and I will be adding some concepts from other anime, such as mana/magic and cough* cough* breathing.

For the chapter update rate, it is unknown. I am just typing this up purely for fun and to kill time, not please you all. As for my previous NnM fan-fic, no clue if I will do a rewrite of that. Honestly, was a pain finding all the names and thinking up explanations, so dunno if I will do another fanfic.
