just started re-reading this novel again after i saw that there were new chapters added after the break and i am instantly reminded why i got so obsessed with webnovels afterwards, always searching for another story that can give me the same satisfaction as 'Dual Cultivation' but like a drug addict always failing to reach the first high. Apart from 'Cultivation Online' - another of this authors novels - and 2 more novels from different authors, at least to me, nothing can compare to the amazing experience of reading this masterpiece! i am truly happy to be able to follow Su Yangs story again from the beginning and continue following it. The world and character building are phenomenal, interesting and captivating. To this day I still had dreams about him finally reuniting with Lingxi in the higher realms and that already says a lot since it has been my very first novel. i have simply nothing bad to say about it, yes there are sometimes certain Xinxia stereotypes used but it is in an appropriate and not overused manner. I might not have access to my old account anymore but i will save every penni to unlock this whole novel again because it is worth it. Much love and keep on climbing Su Yang and i hope you will be able to find all your loved ones again Thank you MLB for your hard work and effort put into 2 of my favorite novels of all time <3

i like how su yang is so prideful yet loving. I normally do not love harem systems but this one is a whole another thing

peak novel but no updates and the author started writing another novel when this and cultivation online are not yet done don't start if a chapter per four months is your cup of tea the author just gave a chapter to announce his new novel so I don't have any hope that he will finish this

don’t bother reading don’t get me wrong i love the story everything is top notch but we may never see the end of the story updates are non existent the mc doesn’t care about his fans so unless maybe you want to wait for 5 more years for the novel to be complete then go ahead

The novel is actually well written with a great world building , and is entertaining to read..The main drawback is the lack of updates , I'd request at least 7 chapters a week if the author wants to regain traction . Please complete the novel , it has great potential

The story itself is somewhat interesting but it is marred by inconsistencies. The MC claims that since he's so weak people above him would be able to kill him easily, then he kills someone several realms above him. He's also extremely rude to sect elders to the point where they really should have disciplined/killed him by now, but they magically don't. Money is another thing that doesn't make sense. It's 10 copper to enter a city but 1 gold can feed a family for years? It feels like the author is just making up facts about the world/etc whenever they want without regard to whether or not it lines up with what was previously written. Then there's the way the MC acts. He's mean cruel to those weaker than him for no reason, then in the next breath goes out of his way to help them. It should also be noted that the author is using the fact that he's reincarnated to make him an expert at everything, whether it makes sense or not. Why would he know a very powerful technique that can only be used by a woman? And of course he's also an expert on alchemy despite not doing it himself. The story does have potential, but the author isn't paying enough attention to their own writing to bring it out.

I wouldn’t lie but this is one of the best novels I’ve read but what’s with the update it’s been months at least what’s your reason for not updating? Because as it is now it’s been too long or have you given up on completing the book?

3,6/5 i actually love the novel and wish there is more than the thousand chapters that are available right now. However i gave 3.6 stars because firstly the chapters got A LOT shorter than usual and the updates are really really bad otherwise i love everything about the story. Note: sorry if you dobt understand what i am trying to say, english is not my first language.
