Natsumi, was cute and talented but she was alone because her father and mother were dead when she was 5. so she started to grow in an orphanage.
On her 20th birthday, she accidentally crashed into a truck while walking on the road alone, and she lost her life in Japan, alone.
so after a while she got on conscious and saw the surroundings, it was like a world different from japan, and everyone dressed oddly like ninjas. and she saw her big brother calling her name in that world, and she saw NARUTO, it turns out naruto was Natsumi's big brother in the shinobi world.
