They met complicatedly at the convenient store:

“A total of 120.00 miss”
“Huh?” Was Janice first reaction. She emerge in her chats when she heard the cashier about her bill. “ how come? I only bought dessert cone and bottled water.” She asked
“Is this not yours?” The cashier ask while holding one of the canned soda.
“No” “that’s mine” said the guy at the same time. Putting away his phone after he hung up a call.
“Are you not together ?” The cashier ask again.
“No” “No” they said flatly in unison while looking at each others’ eyes.
“Look, it is to troublesome if I punch it again” said the cashier while pointing at the long line ahead.
“Just collect him the money miss” the cashier said with a smirk. ‘These two look like a couple’

As Janice was about to pay the guy already put a 200 bill, pack his goods and turn to leave without bothering his change. He walk fast as if he is chasing something.
Janice on the other hand was flabbergast for a while and chase the man.
“Hey! Hey! Hey Mr. SODA MAN” Janice shouted as she run after him. ‘Why was he walking so fast? does he didn’t know that he has a long legs’ she thought to herself as she quicken her phase. Janice was not consider short with a height of 165 cm long but compared to the man walking fast with the height of 183 cm, she doesn’t have match.
“Hey! Mr. Soda Man can I have a word?” She said as she jog to keep her phase with him.
“No.” He rejected her directly.
“Just a minute I will not take long”
“I’m in a hurry miss” he said coldly and he quicken his steps when he almost reach the elevator lift so Janice could only watch the man disappear like that. She look at the money she supposed to give to the man and also his change. “Maybe I could keep it for now…”

They met again complicatedly at the condo

She came home late about 9pm. In the elevator lift as soon it was about to close a hand grab the door to halt. The guy entered. He was about to press the button but stop in the midway, retract his hand and Shove inside his pocket.

The appearance of the man seems suspicious wearing a black ball cap with a matching black mask. A black jacket and black pants all cover his physical features.

The sound of the bell ring indicating they reach their floors. She step out first and quicken her steps as she tighten the grip of her bag. As foot steps are following behind her she cannot contain her worries. When she is at her doorway she unlocked it swiftly to be unnoticed to the other party as she turn to face the guy and kick him hard in his inguinal region.

Luckily before her foot reach him he swiftly catch her feet and dodge her attacks “woah, miss easy, easy....” he said “who are you? Why are you following me?” Janice asked courageously to suppress her fright.

“Who said I am following you?” Said him coldly “Are you worthy of my time?”
