Leaders of countries around the world was in a constant struggle over dwindling resources. As the fighting grew more intense, the first nuke was launched, What followed was every other nuke on earth being launched and citizens evacuated to shelters. now the human race must rebuild from the rubble in an unfamiliar world. Resource amounts returned to a new peak, but so did the dangers. Mutated beast are met at every turn. Will the human race conquer this new life they found themselves in. Or will they fade into extinction.
