As of chapter 27, this story is weak. I've read the web novel and few of the light, and this is more like a copy and paste but with an OC. Instead of the MC, it's an OC that takes the MC place, I don't think Death March is a good story to write an fanfic anyways.

This is just a copy paste of the original novel with a fmc si in the mix. Nothing really changes and nothing new happens. If you want to read this novel go find the original. This novel gives you the illusion of being decent but if you have read the original then this is just a straight copy. The mc being female doesnt really add anything fresh to an already boring world as well. I would like to repeat again that despite having a fmc the story is at least 90% identical to the original in terms of story and mc being female hardly makes a difference. Ok I have ranted long enough about copy and paste and what not.

I was very excited when I finally found this, but my excitement turns to boredom. The very first few chapters were solid as there's originality to it but after that it just followed the original plot with some slight changes, I was kinda hoping that there would be some big changes to the plot but this kinda feels like reading the original webnovel. I'm not saying I don't like it I just thought that it could have been better.
