A man at the end of a life full of suffering and missed opportunities sits in a bed dying of the same cancer that he had 'beaten' four times before.

Tired of trying, tired of surviving, and tired of taking that one more step he succumbs to his grim reality and enters the next life.

Or so he thought, for when he was travelling between this world and the next his soul was plucked and he was dropped into another world without a single word.

Finding himself in a world that was familiar yet not, he has to figure out a way to survive in a world where he is the most ordinary and weakest person he knows while hamstrung by a system that seems to hate him even more than the god of his previous life.
