But he could never find one that fit his requirements and budget. So he kept on postponing the purchase. However, with his growing family, finding an affordable home became even more difficult.
One day while Googling homes to rent in greater Pune city in Maharashtra state of India, he saw an ad that changed his life forever: “Rent house instead of buying it! Get monthly rentals with no maintenance cost!” He immediately called up the number provided in the ad and spoke to a woman named Uma about renting out his house instead of buying it outright.
